Folgers Coffee Reawakens: A New Sound for an Iconic Brand

We all know the jingle…“The best part of waking up, is Folgers in your cup.” (You’re singing it in your head right now, aren’t you?) Recently Folgers has released a new campaign with a completely different sound. The newest Folgers commercial features the 1982 hit “Bad Reputation” by Joan Jett and The Blackhearts along with New Orleans bandleader Trombone Shorty. It’s being seen as a reawakening of Folgers to coffee drinkers in light of changing coffee drinking habits due to the pandemic. Watch it here and let us know what you think:
