…ACA/NY on the launch of their new website.

Full of new features and with a brand new infrastructure and design, PMG recently launched ACA/NY’s new website. With a focus on facilitating enhanced communication between members and the organization, the new website will be a valuable resource as ACA/NY moves into 2021.

 

…Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace on the grand opening of their newest location in North Babylon.

The seventh Long Island Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace has opened within Sunset Plaza in North Babylon. The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new store on January 8, 2021 included local elected officials, civic associations and local business leaders joining the Uncle Giuseppe’s family, owners, employees and shoppers to commemorate the special occasion. Customers enjoyed raffles, live music, specials and promotions, which will be offered by all Uncle Giuseppe’s stores throughout the month of January.

The new location showcases a full-service deli, specialty butcher, scratch-made bakery, sushi station, as well as its famous viewing rooms where pasta and mozzarella are made fresh daily. In addition, the store includes full grocery, dairy and frozen food sections for customers to enjoy a unique culinary and grocery shopping experience.

Bill was recognized as a “Top Business Leader of Nassau County” by Blank Slate Media for “his years of service as an innovator and visionary leader in Long Island’s engineering community”. The virtual event which featured keynote speaker CEO Michael Dowling of Northwell Health was held on February 18, 2021.

 

 

 

…Nassau Suffolk Water Commissioners’ Association (NSWCA) on the announcement of a new 2021 Board.

The new board includes: incoming President Amanda Field of the Plainview Water District who succeeds outgoing President William Schuckmann of the Hicksville Water District; 1st Vice President John F. Coumatos of the Bethpage Water District; 2nd Vice President Patricia Peterson of the Locust Valley Water District; and Treasurer Michael J. Kosinki, Chairman of the Roslyn Water District.  

 

 

…Robert Ciatto on being named Executive Director of Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities, Inc. (ACLD).

Rob took the helm on January 1, 2021, succeeding Robert C. Goldsmith, and has more than 25 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities. His strategic direction and innovative leadership will help build upon the agency’s foundation and long-standing legacy of excellence, providing dedicated services and support for people with special needs.
